At LuxePaws, your satisfaction is our top priority! To ensure a smooth experience, we’ve outlined our return and exchange process below!

Important Notes

  • Custom Orders: Refunds or exchanges are not available for custom orders.

  • Shipping Errors: Refunds or replacements are not provided if the wrong shipping address was entered at checkout.

  • Health/Wellness Items: These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

We offer refunds or exchanges for:

Unworn, Unwashed Items: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they are in original condition with tags and packaging.

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email info@luxestoresonline.com with the following details:

      • Full Name

      • Order Number

      • Photo of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable)

      • Reason for the return or exchange

  1. Review Process:

    • Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

  1. Approval & Return Label:

    • If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.

  1. Package Your Return:

    • Use the provided return label and drop off your package at a UPS facility. Do not send returns to the original shipping address.

  1. Once We Receive Your Return

  • Upon receipt of your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Replacements items will be shipped within 72 hours of processing.

 Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking number indicates delivery but you did not receive your order:

  • File a claim with your local post office and provide us with the claim ID.

  • Once the claim is validated, we will send a replacement.
